RALPH NEAL COOK
(Reidsville, NC) – Ralph Neal “Jack” Cook, 74, of Britthaven of Wilkesboro and formerly of Reidsville, died on Tuesday, July 13, 2010.
A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 15th at Reidlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
Jack was born in Caswell County to the late Paul Samuel Cook and Bertha Willis Mays Cook. He attended Lawsonville Road Baptist Church and worked at Zarn until his health declined.
He is survived by his sister, Shirley Cook Moore of Wilkesboro; niece, Hope Calloway and husband, Jason of North Wilkesboro; nephews, Jeff Moore and wife, Donna of Millers Creek, Mike Moore and wife, Jane of North Wilkesboro and Steve Moore of Yadkinville; 8 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
