Your Physical and Spiritual Health

8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

This Program will focus on learning about health concerns of women, taking charge and being more proactive in caring for your physical and spiritual health throughout the life cycle. It will also allow time for a questions and answers session.

· Toni Webster, Minister- Spiritual Health

Morehead Memorial Hospital Will Provide

Free Blood Glucose Test and Free Blood Pressure Check

From 8:30 – 9:30

This will be a fun, motivational and interactive program. Please dress for comfort – sweat pants, jeans and sneakers are allowed.

Saturday February 27 – Community Meal.  Noon.  FREE!  This month’s menu is Baked Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Salad, and Dessert.
